Shipping Policy

EBSSTOUT delivers orders across Ghana. Delivery method, timing and any applicable delivery charge depend on the customer’s location and selected bundle.

• Cash on Delivery is available in approved locations including Accra, Tema and Kumasi.
• Nationwide station delivery is available for customers outside supported Cash on Delivery areas.
• Every order is verified by phone before dispatch.
• Where a bundle includes free delivery, this will be clearly shown in the selected offer and order summary.

Returns & Exchange Policy

• Customers are encouraged to inspect their order before payment wherever inspection is available.
• If you receive the wrong size or colour, EBSSTOUT may arrange an exchange or replacement subject to stock availability.
• Items submitted for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Exchange requests should be reported promptly after delivery so our team can assess the request and advise the next step.
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, altered, stained or otherwise used cannot be accepted for a size or colour exchange.

Nothing in this policy removes any customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where an item is defective, materially misdescribed or the wrong product was supplied.

Delivery Terms

• Accra, Tema and Kumasi orders may qualify for Cash on Delivery depending on the exact location.
• Inspection before payment is available where applicable and should be completed before accepting the item.
• Outside supported Cash on Delivery areas, payment and station-delivery arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate phone number, region and delivery location so the order can be verified and delivered correctly.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of location, rider availability, transport schedules or other circumstances outside EBSSTOUT’s direct control.
